My first draft for the website banner. When scrolling the banner fades out. When idle the record spins and when clicked on it takes the user to an embedded music video.
9th September:
embedded audio files of the song I am using and the rest of the 'album'. The linked hypnotize takes the user to the music video.

when hovering on images on the merch section, the photo switches.
23rd September:
When clicking on the skull, the user is taken to EMP as a clothing collaboration. When clicking on the guitars, the user is taken to a guitar website also for a collaboration.

The quote is an example of hyperreality as proposed by Beaudrillard. It is a reference to an Ice Nine Kills song which itself is referencing a scene in American Psycho.
17th October:
The chain animations are found in the music video as well as on the website.
12th November:
I edited the text to make it more appealing/encompassing of a mass audience. I also added another aspect to the fan competition with a call to action to use a hashtag on instagram.
18th November:
I resized the first page of the website to be more central and fit a laptop screen rather than a mac to avoid aspects being cut out. I will continue to do this for the second page of the website. To avoid confusion, I will upload screenshots of how the website should look when I upload my final draft.
20th November:
I resized the secondary page of my website to fit a laptop screen.
